The company's production include: production of metal structures, forgings production and mechanical processing, foundry production, laboratory tests.
The CEMEQ ASIA company carries out the production of equipment according to its own engineering or according to the customer's engineering at verified and well-established reliable partners engineering sites. Partner sites are located in Kazakhstan, China, Turkey and Europe. The CEMEQ ASIA Quality Control Department monitors the progress of production at all its stages: from pre-production to acceptance of finished equipment, regardless of the location of production.

Foundry production
The possibility of manufacturing pattern equipment for casting.Castings from:
- grey cast iron with flake graphite;
- high-strength cast iron with spherical graphite;
- heat-resistant high-chromium cast iron of carbon and alloy steels;
- non-ferrous metals and alloys.
Production of metal structures:
- construction metal structures;
- metal structures according to the drawings of the customer and individual projects;
- non-standard equipment;
Manufacturing of forgings and mechanical processing:
- press forgings:
- Forgings of the "shaft" type are of round and rectangular in cross section, smooth and stepped, with collars and flanges. Diameter (section side) up to 720 mm, length up to 6000 mm, maximum weight – 8400 kg.
- Forgings of the "disc" type (with and without an orifice). The outer diameter is up to 2000 mm, the minimum height is 320 mm, the maximum weight is 7,900 kg.
- Forgings of the "rolled ring" type. The outer diameter is up to 2700 mm, the minimum height is 380 mm.
- Forgings of the "cylinder with a hole" type. The outer diameter is up to 700 mm, the length is up to 2500-3000 mm, the minimum wall thickness is 100 mm.
- hammer forgings:
- Forgings of the "shaft" type are of round and rectangular in cross section, smooth and stepped, with collars and flanges. Diameter (section side) up to 360 mm, length up to 6000 mm, maximum weight – 4500 kg.
- Forgings of the "disc" type (with and without an orifice). The maximum weight is 1000 kg of forgings of the "rolled ring" type. The outer diameter is up to 3000 mm, the maximum height is 390 mm, the maximum weight is 7000 kg.
- Forgings of the "half-coupling" type (with and without an orifice). The maximum weight is 850 kg.
Mechanical processing
CNC machines are used for mechanical processing of products:
- boring machines;
- milling machines;
- planning machines;
- turning and boring machines;
- turning machines;
- drilling machines;
- processing centers.
Laboratory tests
Laboratory tests with modern equipment from leading manufacturers are at all stages of production.
